  • All yarns are hand-dyed, and slight color variations may occur. No two skeins are exactly alike.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order yarns require additional processing time before shipping.
  • Pre-orders will ship according to the timelines stated in the product listing.
  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed on the website and may change without prior notice.
  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other accepted methods.
  • We do not store your payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or customs fees.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn, we cannot accept returns for:
    • OOAK colourways
    • Club or exclusive colourways
    • Custom-dyed orders
    • Sale items (final sale)
      (unless the item is defective)
  • Returns are accepted for other ready-to-ship items following our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including images, designs, and descriptions, is the property of Nirani Luxe Yarns.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
