Shipping Policy
Ready-to-Ship Items
All ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days from the date of purchase.
Working days exclude weekends and Singapore public holidays. Orders are typically dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Shipping Methods
- Singapore orders are shipped via SingPost (tracked).
- International orders are shipped via SingPost Tracked services.
- Shipping fees are calculated by order weight at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their destination country, where applicable.
Missing Parcels
SingPost considers parcels lost after:
- 7 working days (Monday–Friday) for Singapore deliveries.
- 18 working days for international deliveries.
Please take these timeframes into account when inquiring about missing parcels. Replacements or refunds cannot be processed before these timeframes have elapsed.
Pre-Orders
Estimated dispatch dates are listed in each pre-order product description.
If a pre-order is placed together with a ready-to-ship item, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order is ready.
To receive ready-to-ship items earlier, please place separate orders.
Pre-orders will be dispatched according to the Ready-to-Ship timelines stated above once they are ready.
Dyed-to-Order
Shipping times for dyed-to-order items may vary depending on workload.
Most dyed-to-order items are dispatched within 1–2 weeks.
Orders are shipped as soon as dyeing is completed. Some orders may ship sooner than others; however, all dyed-to-order items will be dispatched within 2 weeks.

For customers in the European Union, we will dispatch your order within the timeframes stated above unless otherwise advised.
Delivery times after dispatch are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If there is an unexpected delay to the dispatch of your order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
Where applicable, customers in the European Union retain their statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
