Shipping and Returns

  • Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days.
  • Pre-orders and dyed-to-order items follow timelines stated in their listings.
  • All orders are shipped via SingPost (tracked).
  • Shipping fees are calculated by order weight.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Returns

Due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn:

Returns are not accepted for the following items unless faulty:

  • OOAK colourways
  • Club or exclusive colourways
  • Custom-dyed orders
  • Sale items (final sale)

Returns are accepted for other ready-to-ship items, subject to the conditions below.

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition, with the ball band intact, and free from pet hair, smoke, perfume, and odours.
  • Please include a note with your order number and email address.
  • Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
  • Proof of postage is required.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Please seek compensation from your postal provider if needed.

Upon receipt of the returned item, you may choose:

  • A refund (excluding shipping)
  • Store credit
  • An exchange of equal value

For international returns, please clearly mark customs forms as "Returned Merchandise".

We are unable to accept parcels with customs fees, duties, taxes, or clearance charges.

🇪🇺 Additional Information for European Union (EU) Customers

Customers located in one of the 27 European Union member countries may have additional statutory consumer rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.

Where applicable, these statutory rights may apply regardless of any exclusions or limitations stated elsewhere in this policy.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been custom-dyed, made-to-order, or personalised specifically for the customer, where an exemption applies under applicable law.

Where this policy differs from mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's country of residence, those statutory rights shall prevail.
